My 30 years of experience working in office administration, includes many different settings: the military, local internet service providers, medical offices, a construction retail/installation business, an architectural pre-fab housing provider, among others. One of the best skills I learned from working in such varied settings is to focus on flow and process. The ability to analyze how work flows between departments and positions helps me increase efficiency and cooperation. I thrive in environments where everyone is part of the team with mutual respect and open communication.
